Clark Covert, Chairman & CEO:

Mr. Covert serves as LGI's Chairman & CEO.  Under his leadership, LGI has become an acknowledged leader in systems technology, operational efficiency, product development and international finance.  Throughout his thirty (30) year career within the financial services industry, Mr. Cover has served on multiple committees for the Equipment Leasing & Finance Assocition and founded the Texas Association of Equipment Lessors.  He is an active board member of several charitable organizations and has served on the board of a variety of venture capitalist and entrepreneurial firms.  He earned his BA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jim Reid, Vice President:

Mr. Reid is Vice President responsible for the development of LGI's commercial & consumer credit card business. With almost 30 years experience in financial services, Mr. Reid has held senior sales and marketing positions with Anglo Leasing, Dana Commercial Credit and Heller Financials.  Prior to joining LGI in 2005, Mr Reid worked as a Consultant to Sony Electronics in the implementation and development of Sony's private label consumer and commercial credit card programs.

Nita Miller, Controller:

Nita Miller, Controller brings over twenty (20) years of accounting, audit and finance experience to LGI.  Throughout her career, she has served in various senior management positions across many industries.  As Regional Controller with S&A Restaurant Corp., Mrs. Miller supervised the financial operations of 115 restaurants and was responsible for streamlining the company's accounting and financial reporting systems.  As VP of CMB, a consulting company,  Mrs. Miller was responsible for developing financing strategies for start up and emerging growth companies.  Her efforts helped raise more than $47,000,000 for more than a dozen companies.
